Unlike many family law attorneys, I have significant experience in family law appeals.  Typically, I represent the party who prevailed in the trial court, and I defend against the appeal.

Most appeals are not successful.  The most important factor in the appellate process is the quality of the record made at trial, including the briefs filed with the trial court, the evidence presented at trial, and the request for specific findings by the trial judge.
